Looking ahead to your health in 2023

We want to take the time to reflect on the past year and highlight three exciting announcements

Our clinic in Surrey is open for business with appointments available. Did you know that many people suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)? With little daylight and the hurdle of less optimal weather for fresh air and exercise, winter can present challenges to mental health. Adequate iron levels are a proven method to feel better physically and mentally. Why suffer? Get your iron tested and book into Mainline Wellness for increased wellbeing. At this time of year much is asked of us. Give yourself the care and compassion you deserve.

Mainline Wellness completed a Quality Improvement Project (QIP) with the help of 51 volunteer participants.

The QIP is a quick and easy read. Check it out here. Our Discovery? IV iron is the single best treatment to alleviate the debilitating effects of iron deficiency (ID). The QIP clearly outlines the need for medical professionals to prioritize focus on ID as having a serious adverse impact on mental and physical health. There is a reluctance on the part of physicians to refer patients for IV iron therapy despite an abundance of scientific data showing the alleviation of detrimental symptoms. Canadian medical standards outline first line treatments that are simply not effective in many cases. The QIP results show clear laboratory improvements and this mirrors the subjective improvements felt clinically by patients. A special thank you to all participants that generously donated their time and clinical data to advance access to IV iron.

Dr. Davidson (Adam or Dr. A to some) was featured on the Jill Bennett show interviewed by Jody Vance last week.
